Michael L. Swaim Sr., Founder and CEO

Michael Lawing Swaim Sr. founded Management Resource Systems Inc. in August of 1977. He serves as Chief Executive Officer & Chairman of the board.

Douglas W. Marion, Vice President

Doug has been with Management Resource Systems Inc. since 1984 and became a Principal owner in 1992. Doug has extensive experience in construction and has managed hundreds of retail and industrial projects for Management Resource Systems Inc. Doug’s in-depth construction knowledge makes him an invaluable leader for the company. Doug earned his Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University.

Travis Swaim, President

Travis has been with Management Resource Systems Inc. since 2002. He oversees all operations of the company to facilitate successful completion of projects in budget and on time, while ensuring that Management Resource Systems Inc. continues to exceed our clients’ expectations. Travis has 22 years of experience in the construction industry. Travis earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Guilford Technical Community College and is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states.

Travis Jarrett, Director of Construction

Travis has been with Management Resource Systems Inc. since 2004 and is well experienced in all aspects of construction. He has extensive knowledge and expertise in scheduling, project managing, and budgeting. Travis served as a Project Manager for 13 years before being promoted to Director of Construction in 2017. Travis was leader in sales for 5 consecutive years he has completed a multitude of projects.

Michael L. Swaim Jr., Sr. Estimator

Mike Swaim Jr. has been with Management Resource Systems since 2001. He has 7 years of commercial construction estimating experience along with 16 years of project management experience. Mike studied Business Administration at Guilford Technical Community College. He is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states. Mike has successfully estimated and managed an array of commercial projects throughout the United States.
